Pepeko Tours · San Juan pickup, zipline in Río Grande
Pepeko Tours picks you up in San Juan, Condado or Carolina in an air-conditioned vehicle, drives you to the eight-line course at Rainforest Zipline Park, and brings you back. It's the answer to the flagship's missing transport, for $37 more.

This is the Rainforest Zipline Park course with the drive taken care of. Pepeko Tours collects you from a long list of hotels, or from set points if your hotel isn't on it: Parque José Celso Barbosa, Kasalta Bakery, Bebo's Cafe and the McDonald's on Calle Loíza, Bebo's BBQ in Carolina, the KFC in Puerta de Tierra, and Plaza Colón if you're staying in Old San Juan. Then it's about 45 minutes to Road 191 in Río Grande.
At the park you ride the same eight lines as everyone else: short practice runs first, then the high platforms and the long finale. The 4 to 5 hours on the listing include the drive both ways. Groups are capped at 10, and one reviewer was picked up in a private car rather than a big van. Two guests mention the driver pointing out places on the way.
Is it worth $149 against $112 for the self-drive ticket? If you'd otherwise rent a car for the day, yes. If you already have one, no. The reviews here are a little lower than the park's own (4.6 against 4.8), and the low scores include an overbooking complaint. The zipline part is the same.
Choose your pickup point when you book. Old San Juan guests meet at Plaza Colón. One guest reports that her driver called when he was on his way.
Along the coast to Road 191. Guests mention the driver pointing out places to visit.
Harness, helmet and the safety talk at the park office.
From low practice lines to the long main lines. One guest mentions a couple of ladders to climb at the start.
Drop-off where you were collected, 4 to 5 hours after pickup.
★★★★★The entire experience including transportation was so seamless, they picked us up in a private car ( no big van full of people) and took us the the location, the staff there was so helpful and super patient it was definitely a wonderful experience!
★★★★★My wife and l had a wonderful experience. The crew are very friendly and helpful and we were picked up on time at our hotel and shown interesting places to visit as we were heading to El Yunque.
★★★★★It is fun and you can do it!! There are a couple ladders to climb for first zip practices., Just take your time. [...] This was my first time and the ladders were more of a challenge than zipping. [...] All in all, I would do it again and I am over 70 years old.
★★★★★Staff was awesome! Friendly, professional and fun! The ziplines got progressively longer and a bit more challenging- super perfect for a first timer like me- Thank you!
