Booking choice: The Rainforest Zipline tour, from $112 per person. Check dates Tour details
Three zipline parks sit in the foothills below El Yunque: Rainforest Zipline Park and JungleQui off Road 191 in Río Grande, and Yunque Ziplining near Road 992 in Luquillo. All three price per rider, and the headline numbers hide two things that change the real cost: whether transport is included, and whether you book on Viator or on the park's own site.
Prices below are from the live Viator listings and the parks' own websites in 2026. They move with the season, so the checkout price is the one that counts.
The quick answer
Rainforest Zipline Park's eight-line course is from $112 on Viator, or $99 per adult and $79 per child (8 to 15) on the park's own site. It includes no transport: the same course with San Juan pickup is from $149. JungleQui is from $145 and Yunque Ziplining from $149. Food, tips and photos are extra everywhere.

How much does the El Yunque zipline cost in 2026?
From $112 per person for Rainforest Zipline Park's eight lines on Viator, up to $149 for the same course with a ride from San Juan.
The other two parks in the foothills cost a little more and add something different: rappels at JungleQui, a hike and snacks at Yunque Ziplining.
| Zipline | From (Viator) | What you get | Transport |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rainforest Zipline Park | $112 | 8 lines, double cable, about 1.5 to 2 hours | No, drive yourself |
| Rainforest Zipline Park with pickup | $149 | The same 8 lines, 4 to 5 hours door to door | Yes, from San Juan, Condado or Carolina |
| JungleQui Zipline Park | $145 | 9 lines and 2 rappels, about 1.5 hours | No, meet at the park |
| Yunque Ziplining | $149 | 5 lines, short hike, snacks | No, follow the guide by car |

Check dates for the Rainforest Zipline tourHow does the park's own price compare with Viator's?
$99 per adult and $79 per child booking direct with Rainforest Zipline Park, against from $112 on Viator.
Viator refunds in full up to 24 hours before and keeps over a thousand guest reviews in one place. Booking direct refunds in full 24 hours or more ahead and 60% inside 24 hours, and is the only way to buy the park's combo with its Adventure Trail. The direct adult price is about $13 lower; if you want one account for several tours on your trip, Viator is simpler.

Is transport from San Juan included?
Not on the flagship listing, even though its name says "from San Juan": you meet at the park on Road 191, km 1.1 in Río Grande.
The park says it is about 45 minutes from San Juan. Without a car, book the version with pickup ($149), which runs the same eight lines with an air-conditioned ride from listed hotels and points in San Juan, Condado and Carolina. Old San Juan pickups are at Plaza Colón.

No car? The pickup tour rides the same eight lines and drops you back in San Juan.
Explore Rainforest Zipline with pickup Tour detailsWhat does the ticket include?
Eight ziplines, a helmet and harness, a safety briefing, guides on the platforms and bottled water.
Not included: transport, food and drinks, tips and photos. Lockers are available for rent at check-in, and the park sells photos through PicThrive rather than in the ticket price. There is a water fountain, so a reusable bottle saves buying drinks.
Do children pay less?
A little: on Viator, children 8 to 15 get a small discount on the Rainforest Zipline Park course, and on the park's site they pay $79 instead of $99.
The age bands differ by listing. The pickup tour counts 8 to 14 as children, JungleQui counts 8 to 12 (and only when sharing with a paying adult), and Yunque Ziplining charges one price for riders aged 7 to 68. See El Yunque zipline with kids for the age, height and weight rules.

What costs extra on the day?
Tips, lockers, photos, and any food or drinks; with the self-drive ticket, your own fuel too.
One guest at JungleQui reminds others to bring cash to tip the guide. At Rainforest Zipline Park, the Adventure Trail (hanging bridges, a rappel down a tree and a Tarzan swing) is sold separately on the park's site for $99 per adult, or as a combo with the zipline for $160 per adult and $140 per child, at 10 AM and 1 PM.
Want the flagship on Viator? The self-drive course keeps free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
Check dates for the Rainforest Zipline tourIs it worth paying more for JungleQui or Yunque Ziplining?
Yes if you want the extras: JungleQui ($145) adds two rappels to nine lines, and Yunque Ziplining ($149) adds a short guided hike and snacks (guests also mention a rope bridge and a rappel).
If the ride itself is the point, Rainforest Zipline Park's line 7, at over 2,300 feet, is the longest line any of the three parks publishes. Compare the two Río Grande parks in Rainforest Zipline vs JungleQui.

When should you book, and which time slot?
Book ahead, and earlier for weekends and holidays. Rainforest Zipline Park runs tours at 10 AM, 1 PM and 3 PM every day.
Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your slot to check in: the grace period for late arrivals is only 10 to 15 minutes. A 10 AM start leaves the afternoon free for the national forest up Road 191, which is free to enter from 8 AM to 5 PM.
