Global Experience · Condado, San Juan
A white van leaves Condado for the Río Fajardo side of El Yunque, where a guide leads a small group on a jungle hike to natural waterslides, a rope swing and river pools. It has more reviews than anything else on this site, and it is not a zipline.

Global Experience parks a white van near the entrance of the Supermax supermarket at 1475 Avenida Wilson in Condado and drives a group of up to 20 east to El Yunque. About four of the six hours are spent in the forest on a guided hike that ends in the Río Fajardo area. There you can ride natural waterslides, swing from a rope into the river, slide down rocks and, if you want, jump from a ledge.
Guests report a few extras that aren't on the listing: one had a guide text 25 minutes before pickup to check her water and shoes, and one October 2026 guest got a surprise stop at Luquillo Beach. The safety gear is provided. At $44 it is the cheapest way here to get into the rainforest from San Juan without a car.
It's physical, and the operator says so: it's not recommended for people over 50, people without hiking experience, overweight travellers, or children under 6. The trail involves scrambling over slick rocks. And with almost 3,900 reviews, a handful of bad days show up: two September 2026 reviewers say their guide never showed up or the trip was cancelled without notice. It's a waterslide tour, not a zipline; pair it with Rainforest Zipline Park on another day if you want both.

Along the coast to the forest in an air-conditioned van.
A guided hike of about four hours in the forest, then natural slides, the rope swing, a rock slide and optional cliff jumps in the Río Fajardo area. Guests describe slick, muddy rocks.
One October 2026 guest reports a surprise stop at Luquillo Beach. The listing gives about 6 hours in total.
★★★★★The hike getting up to the waterfalls was a little slick (some scrambling over muddy rocks) but worth it for the view. The waterfall slides and rock jumps were a lot of fun. Definitely an excursion for those looking for a little more adventure than just a hike in the rainforest.
★★★★★Great trip! Gillian was texting me 25 min before she arrived to check in and to confirm the pick up time and to double check on the quanity of the water we had and the proper shoes to wear. [...] She led us carefully through the water and over the rocks.
★★★★★Really enjoyed seeing the El Yunque rainforest and trying the rope swing, jumps and slide. Fabian gave great recommendations for things to do in San Juan. The tour also included a surprise trip to Luquillo beach which had great food and is a nice place to jet ski.
★★★★★This was an awesome adventure and Happy was the best tour guide. Make sure you pack some good water shoes to climb the rocks as this is an active experience.
